July 2006 to Sep 2009: Research Director, Social Aspects of HIV/AIDS (SAHA) Research Programme, HSRC, Port Elizabeth. I was promoted and became the youngest female black Research Director in 2006 at the HSRC and the only black female (as well as youngest Research Director) in the Social Aspects of HIV/AIDS and Health Research Programme.
